Freida Rothman SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern Freida Rothman’s (“we,” “us,” or “our”) use of SMS (Short Message Service) to communicate with subscribers (“you” or “customers”). By opting in to receive SMS messages from Freida Rothman, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive marketing, promotional, transactional, and customer-service SMS messages from Freida Rothman. You acknowledge that:

  • We will not sell, share, or rent your phone number to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

  • You may receive recurring SMS messages (e.g., order confirmations, shipping updates, promotional offers, event invitations, appointment reminders).

  • Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.

  3. Event Invitations & Reminders

    “Reminder: Join us at the Freida Rothman New York City launch party this Friday, July 11, 2025, at 7 PM at 123 Fashion Ave. RSVP here: www.freidarothman.com/events. Reply STOP to stop messages.”

  4. Customer Service Alerts

    “We’ve received your return request for order #12345. Our team will follow up shortly. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out.”

(Each SMS will include up-to-date dates, times, and links.)

3. Message Frequency
Freida Rothman expects to send between 50 and 1,000 SMS messages per day across all subscribers. Actual frequency may vary based on promotional schedules, order volumes, and customer-service needs.

4. Potential Carrier Fees
Standard message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you for each SMS message received. Freida Rothman is not responsible for any fees your carrier may impose.

5. How to Opt In
You can opt in to receive SMS messages from Freida Rothman by:

  • Checking the “Yes, I want to receive Freida Rothman SMS updates” box on our website or in-store signup forms.

  • Texting “JOIN” to our short code 55555.

  • Calling our customer support line (1-800-123-4567) and providing verbal consent.

By opting in, you agree that Freida Rothman may send you SMS messages in accordance with this Agreement.

6. How to Opt Out
You may unsubscribe from Freida Rothman SMS at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message you receive. After you send “STOP”:

  • You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out;

  • You will no longer receive SMS messages from us, unless you choose to opt back in.

To re-subscribe, reply “START” to any Freida Rothman SMS message, or revisit our website and check the SMS consent box again.
