Our Sparkling New Brooklyn Muse

Posted on 13/12/20 by Freida Rothman

Dear Friends, Fans, and Family -

I am so excited to share with you the relaunch of the newly-redesigned FREIDA ROTHMAN blog, “Brooklyn Muse,” a project we’ve been quietly working on in the last couple of months.

With our stylish new look comes vibrant and fresh design, photography and, of course, new content! I’m looking forward to sharing more behind-the-scenes looks into my collections and designs, highlighting members of the FREIDA ROTHMAN team, and many of the beautiful things that inspire me every day. I want you all to become a part of the FREIDA ROTHMAN family and see how I, alongside my team, transform dreams into a reality with hard work, strength, and perseverance.

I will also continue to share my inspiration and unique experiences in my beloved Brooklyn, New York that help shape my life constantly, as an entrepreneur, designer, daughter, wife, and mother. Everything from finding design inspiration on the cobblestone streets I walk on each day, to the architecture of the Brooklyn Bridge, and the women of strength in my community I encounter daily.

My hope is that when you visit Brooklyn Muse, you find some form of respite by reading the latest on all things FREIDA ROTHMAN. I find beauty in the most unexpected forms and places and I thrive on taking grit and turning it into radiant glamour. This is exactly what I want for all of you –to inspire you to be the best version of yourself, inside and out, and to choose optimism and hope, every single day.

I love hearing from all of you! Let’s connect on my social channels @FreidaRothman and get excited about what’s to come. It’s only the beginning!

XO,

Freida

Freida Rothman has proudly partnered with the 9/11 Memorial & Museum in New York, offering a collection of her meaningful jewelry pieces at the museum gift shop.

As a native New Yorker, partnering with the 9/11 Memorial & Museum is an honor. Each piece from her collection tells a story of strength, honor and hope, paying tribute to the resilience of the city and to all those affected.

Having been shaped so significantly by both the Holocaust and then 9/11, Freida crafts pieces that pay homage to her beloved New York and underscore the importance of never forgetting. The 9/11 Museum gift shop proudly sells several of the pieces, honoring those killed on 9/11, the first responders who risked their lives to help others, and the city residents who came together in the days that followed the attacks. One of the pieces is the Honor Chain Link Pendant Necklace which Freida designed in collaboration with female West Point Military Academy graduates.

“We used the words “Honor” and “Courage” in recognition of first responders who embody these qualities.“ “We wanted to pay tribute to these brave men and women who risk their lives to help others."
