We want to make sure you have the best FREIDA ROTHMAN journey.

Life is complicated, returns should not be! We are here to make your life easier and take care of you every step of the way.

Please follow these 3 simple steps:

1. REQUEST: Enter your email and order number below; and fill out our simple online return form.
2. PRINT: Go to your email and print the prepaid return shipping label and place your unworn item(s) with all FREIDA ROTHMAN tags and proof of purchase in the original packaging.
3. RETURN: Drop off or arrange a pick-up with UPS (UPS Drop Off Locations).

Returns Policy

• Enjoy free returns offered with Redo, lifetime warranty
• Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase and will be processed within 7 business days after receipt.
• Final Sale items are excluded from returns, exchanges, and the lifetime warranty.
• Refunded items must be unworn, in original packaging, and have tags attached.
• Only products purchased on freidarothman.com are eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Returning an order with a GWP? Please include the GWP item. If not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund.

• Gift cards are Final Sale and non-refundable.

• All refunds go to the original payment method.

• Freida Rothman offers a lifetime warranty for items bought on freidarothman.com, only if you purchased Redo before checkout. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes wear and tear, improper use, or lost items. Proof of purchase and photos of damage are required. After 30 days, a shipping and handling fee applies.

• If the item is available, a replacement will be sent.
• If unavailable, a gift card for its value will be issued.
