You can return item(s) by mail or at our FREIDA ROTHMAN Flagship Boutique.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of purchase. All items must be in the original condition with an accompanied receipt. A receipt showing the date of purchase is required to receive an exchange of product or an item(s) of equal value. We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased with. If we choose to provide a refund and no record of sale is available, a return is provided at current price on a FREIDA ROTHMAN Gift Card. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment or a FREIDA ROTHMAN Gift Card. (Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.) Gift Cards or Store Credit cannot be returned or replaced if lost or stolen.

RETURNING BY MAIL (U.S.)
You can mail your return to the FREIDA ROTHMAN Corporate Office. Please include original invoice, filled out return form, the reason for your return and send to:

Customer is responsible for all shipping cost unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.
We recommend shipping all items through UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for lost packages and cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. If you choose to ship via U.S. Postal Service please require a signature.
We have the right to deny credit if the item(s) returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
RETURNING IN STORE (U.S.)
Simply bring the item(s) you'd like to return along with your receipt and original form of payment. Any stylist can assist you with your return.
The Freida Rothman Flagship Boutique is located at 248 Mott St, just north of Prince St. Open 6 days a week.
Store hours: Mon-Fri 11AM-7PM, SATURDAY CLOSED (observation), Sun 12PM-6PM.

CANCELING AN ORDER
