Life is complicated, returns should not be! We are here to make your life easier and take care of you every step of the way.

You have 30 days from the date your order is received to complete your return and receive a refund. Please follow these 3 simple steps:

1. REQUEST: Enter your email and order number below; and fill out our simple online return form.
2. PRINT: Go to your email and print the prepaid return shipping label and place your unworn item(s) with all FREIDA ROTHMAN tags and proof of purchase in the original packaging.
3. RETURN: Drop off or arrange a pick-up with UPS (UPS Drop Off Locations).
