For a 12 month period from the date of purchase, we are happy to take care of your products purchased through this website. Please contact customer service to get assistance.

- First & Last Name
- Order Number - Proof of Purchase (required)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Damaged item image
- Description of your request

Once your request is reviewed, we will advise you on next steps. For approved warranty replacements, the new items shipped to the customer will be covered under this warranty policy for a period of 2 months.

Should the piece you purchased be out of stock, we will provide a one-time store credit code for the purchase price of the item.

Please note that this policy doesn’t cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, or any modification to your product done by a third party outside of FREIDA ROTHMAN.

Items purchased through a third-party retailer (outside of FREIDAROTHMAN.COM and/or from one of our authorized retailers) will not be covered. Please direct your request to the location the items were purchased from.
